Our ear cleaning treatment is a highly effective way of removing the build-up of wax you may be suffering. Our ears usually self-clean, however they can become blocked, leading to hearing impairment, discomfort and pain that can have an impact on your day-to-day life.

Ear Clean recommends at least 5 day of olive oil twice daily before the procedure to soften the wax, do not any sodium bicarbonate based drops as this can make the wax harder

Anyone can be affected by a build-up of wax, however you are more likely to experience problems if you:

  • Have narrow ear canals
  • Have lots of hair in your ear canals
  • Use cotton buds to clean your ears, as this pushes the wax deeper into the ear canal
  • Wear hearing aids, plugs or other devices

Microsuction Ear Wax Removal

We are delighted to be able to offer the latest microsuction ear wax removal treatment for those suffering from a build-up of wax. This gentle procedure uses a small suction device to remove the blockage, with the most you should feel being a slight pulling sensation during the treatment.

With the procedure normally taking no more than 15 minutes per ear, we won’t take up too much of your time and you’ll be able to carry on with your day without any inconvenience.

Before any treatment, we’ll advise you on the process and will use a small camera so we, and you, can see just how blocked your ears are! During the microsuction procedure, we’ll talk you through the whole process so you are completely informed of what’s going on throughout.

If you have been suffering from pain and discomfort due to your ears, get in touch with Ear Clean today to discuss your options and to find out more about our wax removal treatment.
